What it is
The Exchange OS is the internal operating system for a 1031 qualified intermediary practice. Every exchange runs on hard IRS deadlines — 45 days to identify replacement property, 180 days to close — and missing one has real financial consequences for the client. The system tracks cases, fees, contacts, and documents, generates PDFs, integrates with the calendar, and sends automated deadline reminders so nothing slips.
